What scaffolding rental involves
Rental covers the scaffolding material itself — standards, ledgers, braces, base plates, couplers, planks and access components — held on your site for an agreed period. We quantify the material from your drawings, elevations or a site walk, confirm what is available, and schedule delivery to Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Qatif, Jubail or the surrounding areas of the Eastern Province.
Erection and dismantling can be added to the same scope, or you can take the material only and use your own crews. Either way the quantities, the rental start date and the expected return date are written into the quotation so both sides account for the same list of material.
When clients rent instead of buy
Renting suits work with a defined end: a facade, a fit-out, a tank or vessel entry, a shutdown, a roof repair or a single floor of structural work. Buying material for a temporary need ties up capital and then leaves you storing, maintaining and transporting it between sites.
Rental also absorbs change. If the scope grows, additional material can be requested; if a programme slips, the period can usually be extended by arrangement, subject to availability and the agreed terms.
Safety and quality notes
Material is checked before dispatch and damaged or heavily deformed components are kept out of the load. Scaffolding should be erected by competent people and inspected after erection and before use, and re-inspected after any alteration or after conditions such as high wind or an impact.
On industrial sites the site owner's permit system, work windows and safety rules govern the work; tell us about them with your enquiry so the sequence and crew arrangements suit them.
