Overview
Our crews erect the scaffolding arrangement agreed for the scope, taking account of ground conditions, tie-in points, working platform levels and the activity happening around the structure.
What erection involves
Erection starts with the base: checking bearing conditions, setting sole boards or base plates and levelling the first lift. From there the structure is built up lift by lift with braces, ties, guardrails, toe boards and platform decks placed as the height grows, not added afterwards.
Platform levels, stair or ladder access and loading points are set from how the work will actually be carried out — where people stand, what they carry up, and which trades follow them.
When you need an erection crew
Bring in a crew when the arrangement is more than a simple low tower: facade access on an occupied building, access around equipment or piping, congested plots where the scaffold must be threaded between structures, or work over stairs, voids and double-height spaces.
Coordinated erection also matters when other trades are waiting: sequencing the lifts so painting, cladding, mechanical or inspection work can start on part of the structure while the rest is still going up.
Safety and quality notes
Crews work to the applicable Saudi requirements for scaffolding and to the rules of the site they are on. Completed scaffolding is inspected before it is handed over for use, and any later change is made by the scaffolding crew rather than by the trades using it.
Removing a brace, tie or guardrail to gain access changes how the structure behaves. If the arrangement does not suit the work, ask for it to be modified instead of altering it on site.
